I am an experienced practitioner with a background in counseling, teaching, mentoring, and positive psychology. I have been successfully coaching and empowering women to facilitate their personal self-growth using the wellness and flourishing model of positive psychology.

More About Me!  

 

On a personal note, I have been married for almost 30 years and have four adult children. I have boldly worked through many of life's challenges in pursuing education, developing satisfying work, growing a positive and flourishing marriage, and developing a supportive and nurturing relationship with my children. I am here to teach you the tools to flourish! If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, and need relationship skills, or career direction, my positive psychology workshops for women aim to introduce clarity, self-motivation, and actionable tools. I teach women of all ages and backgrounds the techniques and skills to better manage the challenges of everyday life through the Positive Psychology Model of Flourishing.
